Ashley Scoville
Kinesiologist
Ashley started with Vantage in the fall of 2020 as a kinesiology student, while she completed her in-person practicum placement. She then graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in Health and Fitness from the University of Alberta in 2021. Prior to her Bachelor, she completed a Diploma in Health and Health Promotions through Red Deer College in 2018.
Ashley grew up in Coronation, Alberta on her family’s ranch, where she learnt how to ride horses, work cattle with her family and help take care of her younger siblings. Throughout primary school she was involved in multiple sports including soccer, fastball, volleyball, badminton and track. Once high school came around she knew exactly what she wanted to study in post secondary due to the amount of injuries she obtained during sporting events.
Ashley has experience working with sporting teams, individual training, and in clinic treatment along side of our physiotherapists and chiropractors. Ashley also works outside of clinic as a U15 female team medic and trainer, and is certified for workplace ergonomic assessments.
In the future she would like to resume her schooling to obtain a Masters in Physical Therapy and continue her passion for helping individuals and teams on their rehabilitation journeys.
